Keda Industrial: Announcement on Signing Framework Agreement on Clean Coal Gasification Project by Holding Subsidiary
[News Story] The Company’s holding subsidiary Maanshan Keda Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (Keda Clean Energy) signed the framework agreement on complete equipment, technology and engineering management of the clean coal gasification project with Erdos Xinghui Energy Development Co., Ltd. (Xinghui Energy) on June 1, 2011. According to the agreement, Keda Clean Energy provides the construction of a set of complete equipment (KJFL10 style) of clean coal gasification with 3*10000N cubic meters per hour for Xinghui Energy in the stipulated period in the agreement. The total accumulative agreement amount is about RMB74.9 million. After the preliminary design upon on-the-spot investigation is completed, both the parties will re-sign the formal contract to confirm the formal price
